Community Enrollment Sessions

Picture of woman looking at a calendarIt’s our job to help you choose your health plan and primary care provider.

We want to make sure you are getting the right care for you and your family.

One way that you can enroll is to go to an enrollment session in your community. When you go, a Georgia Families staff member will help you enroll. There are enrollment sessions throughout much of the state and almost every day.

Check out our calendar of meetings. Of course, you can always call us if you have questions — or if you want to find out when the next meeting near you will be!

Enrolling in Georgia Families

Woman filling out a formIt’s easy to enroll in Georgia Families. Many of you in Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids will need to do it!

Our job is to help you pick a health plan and a primary care provider. A health plan is a group of doctors, nurses, hospitals and clinics where you get health care. At Georgia Families, we have four different plans that you can choose from. A primary care provider is the person you go to for your regular checkups and basic health care.

There are four ways to enroll. Enroll in one of these ways:

  1. Call the call center and enroll over the phone at 1-888-GA-ENROLL (1-888-423-6765).
  2. Fill out an enrollment form and send it to us by mail or fax.
  3. Enroll online.
  4. Go to a community enrollment session and we will help you.

Remember, we are happy to answer your questions at our call center. Check out the call center hours.
