Creating an Online Profile

You can create an online profile to help manage your own Georgia Families’ information.  Members who have an online profile are allowed to:

  1. Click “Member Log In” on the left side of the homepage.
  2. Enter the member’s Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids I.D. number. (This is the number that begins with 111… or  222…)
  3. Enter the member’s first name.
  4. Enter the member’s last name.
  5. Enter the member’s date of birth. (MM/DD/YYYY)
  6. Enter the last four numbers of the member’s Social Security Number.
  7. Click “Submit”

I cannot find my initial password on my letter. Where is it located exactly?

I recently moved and updated my address for what looked like just my first child (I have two enrolled). Will that automatically update for my second child?

    1. GA Moderator

Yes, if both children are on the same case.

Is the initial password in the packet that I got where I’m told to choose a health plan? Because that is the only thing I have received from you guys.

The only letter I have received was the enrollment packet. All other correspondence has come from DHR or DCFS concerning eligibility.
